General Terms and Conditions for Arizona Pool Painting LLC

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully. These Terms include an Arbitration Agreement and an agreement to waive your right to a jury or a court trial. Arizona Pool Painting LLC ("us," "we," or "our") operates the Arizona Pool Painting LLC web service (the "Service").

All service charges are due upon completion of work and in the currency in which the charges were quoted.

We provide a warranty on all work done. Detailed warranty terms will be provided as part of our formal quote process. Arizona Pool Painting LLC is not liable for any incidents caused by misuse of pools or facilities contrary to our guidance and maintenance instructions.

5. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the state of Arizona without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.

8. Dispute Resolution

We each agree to first contact each other with any disputes and provide a written description of the problem, all relevant documents/information, and the proposed resolution.
